Our new management rates are as follows 
For transfering military we are offering a flat fee of $65
All other homes, the fee is $75
- We offer quarterly health and safety inspections.
- Free re-keying of the home when there is a change in tenants.
- We advertise our rentals via The Real Estate Book, Realtor.com, 3 local websites(We have 2 of the highest ranking Realtor sites in the area) , The Periscope and in NSB Kings Bay's base housing office. Your home won't sit long with WOWza on the job.
- You won't pay a dime until we rent your home and the rent starts to roll in.
Here is some really exciting news that will benefit our owners and military renters. WOWza Realty has its very own Military Appreciation Program. Our way of saying thanks. Military members that apply to rent one of our rentals will be required to apply in the normal fashion with references and a credit check. However, we will not charge an application fee and they receive a 25% break on the security deposit for the home. I personally cover it. What better way to say thank you to our military families than to help them in a stressful time - moving to a new duty station.
