The FSBO Helper Program The downside of trying to sell your home yourself is the problem of trying to let people know its for sale. A sign in the yard alone won't do it, nor will a website. Realtors with their list of buyers may or may not call you. This program allows you to enter your home on the local mls where it recieves local,national and international coverage, every Realtor in the area can see it, they can schedule to see it without bothering you and best of all is the cost. Home sellers Program?

We at WOWza understand that home sellers are struggling to compete with panicky neighbors and a flurry of Bank Owned and Short sale properties. While many home owners are forced to bring money to the table. We want to help.

For this example, lets use a home that sells for $150,000 and offering the Broker that brings the buyer 3% (aka co-op) Any commission you negotiate will be divided between the Listing Broker and the Broker that brings the buyer aka Selling Broker.
