Hello and thank you for visiting! My name is Jeff McClintock. I am a retired Navy Chief and have lived all over the world but have chose Camden County Georgia as home for myself, wife Tara and son Robert. I am an active member of Harriets Bluff Baptist Church, active in Scouting, attend local community meetings and am an avid Atlanta Falcons fan. I will not hold it against anyone that is not. I opened Wowza (Mom upside down) because I wanted the freedom to offer Buyers more than a Major Franchise could offer. Smaller is better when it comes to Real Estate. Don't believe me? Much like paying $4.00 for a gallon of gas. Paying for a baloon or jacket is an overhead nightmare. Theres no way I could offer the Cash BACK INCENTIVES I do now when I was elsewhere.
